mstoot,

There are no known or reported interactions between these drugs.  Both of these drugs must be used with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease.

Lipitor (atorvastatin) has rarely been associated with liver toxicity and a condition called rhabdomyolsis (1 / 1,000,000).

Lanoxin (digoxin) can have dangerous side effects with overdose, which can include heart block, slow heart rate, arrhythmias, delirium, and others.  Many drugs can increase the levels of digoxin in the blood by blocking its metabolism.  Some examples include amiodarone, antacids, beta-blockers, and others.

Hope that helps.
