Meds causing High BP/Swelling ??

  Good Day....I was wondering if Anacin (aspirin) and or Tylonol can cause one's feet to swell or cause tingling in the extremities or cause the BP to go up.  Thank You.   Carolyn

All NSAIDS (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs - i.e. aspirin, ibuprofen, ketoprofen, etc.) can cause an increase in blood pressure and fluid retention.  Increased fluid retention may cause a tingling sensation but this is not typical.  Acetaminophen does not cause these symptoms.
