Metabolife

I have a question regarding metabolife and a person's heart.  Metabolife is that wonder diet pill supposidly.  What do you know about it.  All articles read about this drug indicate how this drug is so natural and won't harm a person.  It's suppose to increase your metabolism and give you lot's of energy.  Every once in a great while I experience PVC's.  Would taking a pill like this aggreviate me?  I'm definately not overweight, but would surely like to lose 5 to 10 pounds by summer but would never take my life in risk trying to do this.  Me, personally, this new drug sounds like plain old speed.  But, then again, maybe it's not.  I'm just wondering if you know anything regarding this new drug.
Also, got another quick question.  My heartrate is usually in the 60's-70's.  Last week I had a temperature (the flu) of over 102 Degrees.  My heartrate was up to 110, but mostly in the high 90's.  I'm on Zestril 5 mg for high blood pressure, and when doing my readings I had reading of 90 something over 60 something, so that was fine.  I think I remember reading some place that this is just the bodies natural response in fighting an infection.  Is this true?  As soon as I ate a little and my fever started to come down, my heart rate also came down into the 80's.  Was this normal?????
Another question, I'm on high blood pressure medication since developing severe hypertension during my last pregnancy.  It's almost been a year since giving birth and my blood pressure is much better.  I was up to 60mg. of Zestril and now down to 5mg.  My blood pressure reads low at night, usually 107/64.  Afternoon it can be 117/68.  Morning time before taking medication it can be 120/77.  BUT, going to the doctor always makes it go up (I get extremely nervous as soon as I step into the office).  Would you see any pros/cons of having the medication reduced once more or trying to be medication free some day?  Don't worry, this is all done through a doctor, I would never do anything without my doctor telling me to.  I can "feel" when my blood pressure is higher.  A few weeks ago I had to go to a funeral and I could tell my blood pressure was up.  I took it on my monitor and got readings of 138/88.  Would some type of nerve pills help me out in situations like these????  I know my monitor gives "high" reading because post partum they took me off blood pressure medication until my 6 week check up, and I was getting reading daily of 170/110, which did damage to my arties behind my eyes, which in turn scared me very much.
Thanks for any input you may have regarding these situations with myself.  I have brought so much comfort to myself after finding this forum.
