Mild MVR, dilated cardio, AF, PVCs Indications for mitral valve repair

I have had an enlarged heart on conventional chest xrays for many years with a systolic click. I am currently in my early 50s and have recently developed atrial fib. My MVP symptoms have been worsening over the past 2 years with shortness of breath on minimal exertion. Transthoracic echo has revealed a 39% EF, myxomatous MV changes with mild to moderate MR, enlarged left atrium (4.7; worsened over the last 5 yrs), dilated left ventricle and mild leakage of the aortic valve. Is surgical intervention for mitral valve repair indicated in my case despite the fact that the regurge is mild to moderate?
