Mild Mitral Valve Regurg / Chest Pain

I am a 27 y/o otherwise healthy female. Gave birth to 2nd child in May.  7 wks post-partum fainted after a sudden scare in vehicle. BP increased during.  All tests ran showed normal except for a prolonged QTc interval of 513.
Onset of dizziness and shortness of breath starting right after this episode and is still current.
2 episodes this past month of feeling very faint, sudden adrenaline rush through my head, slight numbness in lower face/jaw, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, loose stools, high BP. Again, EKGs showed prologned QTc, now up to 521. All other tests normal.
Have now been having chest pain in left side everyday for past week and a half, along with episodes of dizziness each day and elevated heartrate continuing yet from June. Electrocardiogram completed, confirmed mild mitral valve regurgitation. Am also on a 30 day event monitor.
Could these symptoms be from the mild mitral valve regurgitation?
Is it possible to have Long QT syndrome along with the regurgitation?
