Mildly postive TMT

My father,age 70 year,smokes 4 cigarettes per day had health check-up few days back.The follwing are the findings:t.chol:217;IDL:143.6;HDL-35.4;Pulse rate:60/min;BP:150/78 mm Hg;BMI:21.62;

Medical conditions identified:
Mildly positive TMT;
Dyslipidemia with smoking;
Mild obstructive ventilatory defects
He has been advised tablet ECOSPIRIN AV 75 mg per day  & asked to undergo CT Coronary Angiography

CT CORONARY ANGIO FINDINGS are
Calcium score:237
Dominance:Right Dominant Circulation
RCA:Fibrotic plaque seen in segment 1 causing mild narrowing.Rest unremarkable due to motion artefact
Lt Main:Normal
LAD:Fibrotic plaque with intimal wall calcification noted in segents 6 & 7 causing mild to moderate narrowing.Distal segments are tortuous.
CRX: unremarkable due to motion artefact

PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE FURTHER.
