Misdiagnosed 29 yr old

I have a serious problem here. I am 29 yrs old  who just had a baby. I am 40lbs overweight, breast size increased . On my nuclear stress test the tech explained to me that a soft attenuation tissue defect appeared over the anterior region of the heart. It indicated a perfusion defect of mild intensity. The spect stress nuclear test showed the fixed defect on both the stress and resting. I achieved a workload of 9 min ..out of the 10, and achieved 90% of target heart rate. My blood pressure is 100/60 which is another problem. Its rather low, and my heart beats rather fast, usually resting at 60. I was told that a CTA would be the best  choice for me then later my dr said there were too risks involved being that I have asthma. I would have to go on beta blockers, which I am do not know if this is safe. I have blood  pressure that its generally low and at times I feel like Fainting.  the tech told I would have to go on medications to prevent asthma. Overall they told me I need predinsone, benadryl, and betablockers, mystroprol, or something to counteract the beta. This seems way too much , and noone will give me a heart cath, nor do I want one.  Everything else on the imaging test revealed normal results. Normal heart motion and thickening. My Question is.. If I had a true Mycocardial infaraction or heart attack, or ischemia as they are saying wouldnt the heart motion and thickening be abnormal? I do not know what to do, I keep going to different radiology groups and all of them are telling me different things to take for the CTA. I need a dr to help me here.
