Mitral Annular Calification and Aortic Sclorosis

I had a echo and the findings were Arotic Sclerosis without Stenosis+ Mitral annular Calification. My cardio said everything was fine, but doing a search it does sound that way to me.

Cardiac chamber assessment was fine, everything in normal range  and function.

The doppler measurements  for valves and hemodynamics are:

av peak velocity-173.1 cm/s
av peak gradiant- 12.0 mmhg
heart rate -52
lvot peakl velocity- 119.9cm/s
lvot peak gradiant-5.8 mmhg
lvot av vel ratio-0.7
mitral e pont velocity- 68.0 cm/s
mitral e to a ratio-0.6
mv deceleration time-271.7 ms
mv e prime velocity septum-9.0cm/s
mv e to e prime ratio sepal-7.6
mv e prime velocity lateral wall-10.4 cm/s
mv e prime average-9.7cm/s
mv e prime ratio  lateral wall-6.5
E/e average-7.0
a prime velocity-10.6 cm/s
s velocity -9.8cm/s
tr peak velocity -320.9cm/
tr peak gradiant-41.2 mmhg
rv systolic pressure-51.2mm/hg
pulmonary  artery pressure -51.2
ra pressure (entered value)- 10 mm hg

My Ef was >50.

Sorry for the long post but I have no idea what you values you needed to see about the echo. Does this sound like I need a 2 nd opinion or more testing. I am a 69 year old female.
