Mitral Valve Prolapse w/regurgitation and Bigeminy

Hey all,
Recently discovered what sounds like Bigeminy when I get really relaxed and breath slowly (not always) but nearly always if I hold my breath. On top of this, I've had MVP w/regurgitation. Most things I've read say bigeminy is no big deal with a healthy heart. Should I have any concerns with it popping up with MVP? This just started a few weeks ago. I've known about the MVP for 4-5 years. Last echo was 4 years ago.
