Mitral valve repair
Hi
Ive had à Mitral valve repair surgery done one year ago.
The surgery went well and the valve dosent leak anymore.

And I feel fine.

Is there à problem for me to exercise on a hard level.
Tennis,running and weightlifting?
Ive heard  Some rumors that weightlifting is dangerous?
Im 46 yers and have exercised my hole life.

Brg

This is a question that is best suited for your regular cardiologist who can look over your most recent echocardiogram and perform a complete history and physical examination.  If there is no evidence of mitral regurgitation, good LV systolic function, and have no symptoms, I do not suspect there should be any reason for you not to be able to participate in exercise again.
