More about PVC's

Hi,

I am a male, 37 years old, smoke 2 cigarretes a day, dont drink, exercise at least 3 times a week, average blood pressure 110/60, heart rate at rest average 60 bpm, healthy diet, 1m 71 cm, weight 180 pounds, I have a lot of pvc's (200 in 24 hours), my last ekg (2 months ago) according to my Dr was normal, but he dignosed early repolarization, my question is: PVC's and early repolarization are related in some way? This two conditions are serious (life threatening)?. Thx in advance. Regards.
