My brother's condition is congestive heart failure. He only has 2 good arterys 1/70% 1/30%.He has pulled throught lung cancer with radiation treatment, doctors told us they could not remove the cancer due to the heart but after the cancer had went dorment they immediately wanted to do surgery. How could this be if it was to dangerous befor. He has been dealing with diabeties for a few years now. (He went home feeling like he had just won a battle and nothing could get him down,  very attive, started gaining his weight back, enjoying his grandbabies, even doing some yard work).
After this last incident, the doctors ruled that he did not have heart attack. Only he had imflammation and infection around the lineen of the heart. Due to changing of medication he now is very fatigue, no appetite, very irratiable, blood pressure bottoms out (60/39). His body is telling him the medication is hurting him, also he thinks he may have a kidney infection. He looks jaundice (pale yellow). We have also noticed he has grown very depressed. But after doing some research of my own I'm begining to believe that the combination of Lanoxin, Nitroglycerin, Lasix, Glucotrol, and Zestril maybe producing a very deadly toxin in his system. Should he be alarm? Is it even possible he maybe taking to much medication?

Your brother's case is complicated and his heart condition is related in part to his underlying disease and also his cancer.  due to his radiation treatments, he is prone to develope pericarditis and this may be the cause of his fatigue as well as his jaundice.

He needs to be fully evaluated by his physician.  This is likely related to his underlying condition and not to his medications.
