My father was diagnosed with high blood pressure in his late 20's and has been on medication ever since, he is 57 now.  Last July, my father was hospitalized for a 7 inch blood clot in his leg.  At that point, his dr put him on cumatin to thin his blood..  My father resently was hospitalized for a bleeding ulcer.. they had to delay surgery to cartarize the ulcer due to the dangers with the blood thinner..during his stay at the hospital, he lost so much blood that he had to have blood transfusions... he had a heart attack that luckily did not do damage to his heart, he also suffered bilateral pneumonia..  They were finally able to do the surgery and cartarized the ulcer and he was finally released.. Tests on his heart were ordered.  They found a problem with the blood flow.  He was ordered to do stress tests and they confirmed it.  He went in almost two weeks ago for a catherization which showed three blockages.  This past Tuesday, he went in for his angioplasty... and what would normally take the dr 20 minutes turned into almost a two hour procedure.  My father has unusually thick chest bones and a thick chest muscle wall. the dr had maxed out the use of the dye to do the procedure that he had done till that point... he only partially opened up one blockage and did not get to the others.  In expaining why he could not accompish it, he told us that if we could find someone with more skill at doing it then him.. that would be a choice we would have to make.  He was unsatisfied with the one that he could get to and feels that it will return to the original position within 3 - 6 months.  And that my father was not a canidate for bypass surgery due to where the blockages were.  Since the procedure, my father is still having pain.. he is taking the nitroglicerine almost every day.  Yesterday he took it three times for the pain.  The pain does stop once he takes it.  But it does return.  We heard about your clinic.  We wish to know more about your facilities and what your dr's have to offer... basically to answer the question of.. Do you have a doctor that is more skilled than the one we have already used?  We would like to request more written information, perhaps have it mailed to my father's house.  He is willing to try a different doctor.  Please respond soon.  I can send you a mailing address by personal email if you send me an email address to respond to.
Thank you
