Right atrial myxoma chamber with closure. This may or may not be associated with regurgitation. This is usually well tolerated but should be followed yearly to determin if your valve becomes more leaky ( regurgitant) over time.
You should take antibiotics with any dental or GIor GU procedure as this will decrease any risk of endocarditis or infection to the lining of your heart.
