Mr.Daniel Ahearn

The cardiologist has diagnosed me as having, an incomplete right bundle branch block, mild ventricular hypertrphy, and optic fundi changes of crossing defects, but does not treat these with medication.  Are these all harmless minor disorders of the heart

These findings are concerning for an ASD (atrial septal defect).  If there are changes in your eyes consistent with peripheral embolization that would be concerning and would require special attention.  I would get a second opinion if I were you.  I am also concerned about the mild RV hypertrophy.
