Multifocal Premature atrial contractions with tachycardia

I have Multifocal PACs with Tachycardia, I can't take beta-blockers due to asthma and calcium channel blocker like cardizem and verapamil are not working.  I saw an EP doctor today and he says he thinks its POTS but when I got home I laid down flat for 10 minutes took my pulse with a pulse oximeter, sat up waited 10 min repeated, stood up for 10 min repeated there was a change of only 2 to 3 beats between lying down and standing.  He also questioned Hyperthyriodism but my Free T4 is 1.5 and my TSH is 2.91.  I went to him thinking that I need an ablation and he is telling me that I have all these weird diseases.  I have had this condition since I was in my late teens and I am now 36, it seems to get worse the older I get.  My heart rate also goes up quickly on exertion.  But again it is not orthostatic.  My cousin who is 20 and my Uncle who is 61 also have the same problem.  I mentioned this to the doctor but he ignored it.  I am a registered nurse but I am trying to be the patient and not self diagnose but I am getting very frustrated.  Any thoughts?
