Multiple Valve Problems

I have recently been diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve, mild regurgitating mitral valve, and regurgitationg tricuspid valve.  All this came about from and incident with elvated troponin levels a year ago Feb.
First test was a heart cath.  Findings  no plaque, no blocked arteries.
Second Test echo.  Findings Bicuspid aortic valve EF 50%  He put me on a Beta Blocker for the PVC's,  Which I called the office to stop because my pvc's stopped and I gained alot of weight.
Third Test echo   Findings regurgitating mitral and tricuspid valves EF 52%
I did have PVC's occuring alot, but those have since subsided for the most part.
I am easily out of breath lately and get light headed easily.
My cardioligist basically told me I was fine and told me to call him if I have any change in symptoms.
My question is  Should I be worried?  Do I need to seek a second opionion?  What should my next steps be?

I have slight leakage around the Mitral as well as the Tricuspid Valve. Cardiologist says, not to worry about it and it is age related. So I don't.
I also have a very high Calcium Score, but really don't know yet what it means.
I took Beta blockers for many years, he is now trying to wean me off them. Your EF loks like mine and seems to be ok. I have some PVC's, but again, I am not going to worry about it. The only steps I see for me in the future are to lose some weight and take up exercise - as much as I can take with all my back problems.
