Multiple valve problems

One year ago I had chest pain, pvc's which resulted in hospitalization.  Blood tests confirmed elevated troponins.

Feb. '10 Heart cath was done,  result was no blocked arteries. EF 60%

June '10 echo was done: result: PFO and Bicuspid aortic diease. EF 50% They put me on a beta blocker to help with the continued PVC's  which did help but also made me gain alot of weight.  I called and they said I could stop.

Jan '11 2nd echo result: in addition to the bicuspid aortic valve, I now have regurgitating mitral and tricuspid valve. EF 52%

I have periodic heavyness in my chest, shortness of breath, and experience light-headedness. Otherwise I'm pretty fit.  I walk everyday, light weights, and I'm 5'7 and 140lbs.
My cardioligist told me to call him if I develop any new symptoms and sent me on my way. No info. given.

I have been researching my condition online and I'm becoming very nervous about it.  Not only for myself but also my 3 small children.  I have a 1st cousin diagnosed with scoliosis and my brother in law has a caved in chest similar to the pictures of Marfan's  (he has never been diagnosed)  with my Bicuspid aortic valve, should I be concerned with my children having this condition. (they are otherwise very healthy)

Also, should I be doing anything else about my multiple valves or should I take the wait and see approach.  What symptoms should I be on the look out for.
