Muscular Skeletal Chest Discomfort or Angina?

Dear Physician,
In Dec. of 1997 I had an angioplasty on my LAD.  For the past year I have jogged every morning for 30 minutes and  never experienced any chest discomfort. I also never experience any chest discomfort when I play golf or take part in any other exercise activity.  However, at times when resting on my sofa in the evening I may have mild chest discomfort.  Since the angioplasty I have had a thallium stess test and a regular stress test at every six month interval all with normal results.  My last thallium stess test was two weeks ago, also with normal results. Also, my CK enzyme and troponin levels have been normal.  My present daily medication consists of atenolol, imdur, vasotec, and aspirin.  This medication maintains my blood pressure at 115/70 and my resting pulse rate at 50.  My total cholesterol is 168 with a ratio of 3 to 1.  Is the evening chest discomfort more likely muscular related or angina?  Or possibly psychological?
Thanks,
Merle
