My Dad's ecg

Hello,
My 78 year old father had bladder cancer surgery today.  He did great!  When the technician did the ecg before surgery, he left the report on the table for the nurse.  Of course I had to read it.  It stated the ecg was abnormal with a right bundle branch block and first degree AV block (I think).  Since I have been reading this forum, I knew there was no need to panic or even say anything especially to Dad. (and I thank you all for providing excellent practical information that kept me from worrying too much)  But now that the surgery is over and he is doing fine, I wonder if there's anything about his ecg that I should be concerned about.  What do you think?  Thank you so much for your valuable expertise!
