My obesity

As i was 9 years of age i had Rumatic fever all my body was twisted. at that time there was no any specialists so i refered to anaythesists but he gave only disprin at th age of 16 when the specilists came  he was so angry that i had lots os disprin will it effect me in future?

Now i am operated at AIIMS Delhi on 31/Oct/00 i am okey but i have really gained weight what am i to do for this at 7.30am i got to go for my work from there the work place is at 1hr distance after all day work so tired. the duty is off at 5.00 i reach home at 6.30 pm so when to excerse i am bit confused.

Part of losing weight is exercise but it's also controlling what you eat and how much. Losing weight is not an easy task nor is it good to lose it quickly. Even a walk around your neighborhood is a good start. Have you had your thyroid checked?
