My vision started pulsing and went yellow after excercise.

So about a month ago i gave up on my diet that i had going for 2-3 months. During that diet my excercise consisted of walking 40 min at 3mph which did't really ture me and somedays i'd take my bike for a light ride.
Today after 1 month of no excecise i took my bike out but this time i was pedaling so hard 2-3 times as i normally would. I had just eaten a hotcheetos with lemon bag and my body was telling me to stop several times. But i kept riding and pushing and when i gave up and stopped. My vision started going yellow like if a yellow glass was suddenly put infront of my eyes. I got off my bike staggering i took 2 steps and jsut lay on the ground 1 minute later my vision was back to normal.

Sounds like you may have become hypoglycemic, google hypoglycemia and see if it matches your symptoms. I've had that happen to me while riding my bike as well. I get restricted vision, the shakes and lightheaded and can usually feel it coming on. You don't have to be diabetic for this to happen, depends on how you eat before working out.
