Comments under Conclusions included ``diaphram attenuation artifact which improved with prone imaging``~~ along with  `normal hemodynamic response, normal imaging of myocardial perfusion, no fixed or reversible perfusion defects, and good exercise tolerance.........I`m 85 reached,  10 METS during test, hrt rate of 155BPM,,,,I need explanation......REW

Sounds all good to me. The diaphram attenuation artifact just means there was an area of the heart that was not well seen due to excessive soft tissue in your diaphram, usually meaning you're a little on the heavy side. Everything else looks normal, nothing I see to worry about.Normal Hemodynamic response just means your blood pressure responded properly, No fixed or reversible defects means they did not find any areas of your heart to be damaged or with reduced blood flow and 85% reached means your heart rate reached the minimum of 85% of your max targeted heart rate making the test more accurate.

Congrats, looks great!

What does
1. Normal myocardial SPECT imaging study.
2.  SPECT imaging revealed fixed defect of the apex without any reversibility and minimal reversibility of the inferior wall.
3.  Ejection fraction is 56%

What does this mean?
