Nausea, Heart

I have been experiencing nausea every day from between 3 and 5AM which lasts from 5 to 7 hours some days, leaves and often appears again in the evening. Usually by 11 PM, I am sympton free and able to sleep for 3 to 5 hours and then it begins all over again.  I have 4 stents and a bi'-ventrucular pacemaker.  My mitro valve is leaking badly.  I had rheumatic fever at age 5 but lived a fairly normal life until a year ago.

How can this nausea be treated?  I've given everything from the anti-nausea chemo drug to tums, Gaviscon, ginger tea, peppermeint tea, medicaiton, etc.   Nothing I've tried helps.
