I am a 34 year old woman.  I have been having chest pains with left arm pain, neck pain and upper back pain.  I have been to the ER and Doctors a number of times about it.  My doctor says I am a mystery.  I have had a CT scan and Stress Test and blood work which they all say are normal the pains continue to get more frequent and I have fainting spells with them.  It happens even when I am just resting.  Now, I have developed a chest pressure that doesn't move under my left breast slightly near the middle of my chest.  I have been back and forward to doctors and no one is able to tell me anything.  Most of the time because of my age they say I am too young to have heart problems and because my father was 59 when he had his heart attack that it is not considered a family risk.  Does having a CT scan and Stress test mean that my arteries are clear and there is no blockage?   The only thing that bothers me is that the doctors are always trying to give me pain medicine but not really trying to find out the real problem.  I have been told since that since the CT scan and stress test came back that what ever it is, it will hurt me.  I know my body and this just is not right, any advice would be grateful.  I get tired and have to take off work and I am not able to be as active with my family as I use to be.  I have spells where I almost faint, see stars, headache, and chest pain and just get so tired. PLEASE HELP

Im no doctor, Im just wondering if your having a heart arrthymia without feeling it. That can cause near synscope ( fainting). Also your chest pains sound like mine which is costochronditis artritis of the ribs. It feels like heart pain alot and most of the time. I get under my left breast too. I dont get left arm pain though. I would go to a cardiologist and also ask for a tilt table test. Also if your neck is out it can cause neck arm and chest pain also. Just a thought. Good luck.

Also …have you seen a cardiologist? If yes, what did he say?

Are you overweight any chance? Exercise regularly? Eating the right food? Stay away from food loaded with chemicals? Drinks with aspartame? What have your doctors recommended to do?
