Need help understanding results

I went to the ER for having a anxiety attack and they said my blood pressure was 210/120 and gave me an EKG right away. It came back abnormal and they said I may be having a heart attack. I found the results in the medical records today. It reads :

Shows a normal sinus rhythm. EKG also shows inferior ischemia.

ST with inf Q and T Wave inversion

No Chest Pain

Circulatory No Murmur, Rub or Gallop. Peripheral pulses are strong and equal.

Then they gave me another EKG which and they said it looked alot better but was still a little abnormal than the first.

The blood test came back okay as did the chest x ray. The blood read as follows:

CBC with Diff Blood
Basic Metabolic Panel Blood
CK/CK-MB Troponin
Protime Blood
PTT Blood
Manesium Blood

All of the above read Blood Drwan. Bklood obtained from the RIGHT AC. No complications encountered.

I asked the nurse if the blood work came back okay and she said yes it looked good. They gave me a pill because my potassium was low and then gave me an Ativan to calm my stress level. Within 20 minutes my blood pressure dropped to 145 over 88.

Now if I have inferior ischemia wouldn't that mean I'm having or going to have a heart attack? I feel perfectly fine when I am not stressed out and even when my blood pressure rises I dont feel pain.

I was diagnosed 8 years ago with high blood pressure due to stress and was given heart stress test and heart moliter which was told my arteriers were fine but there part of my heart wall wasn't working correcty. I was told to exercise more and stay away from stress but lately it's came back because I've been stressed alot lately.

Inferior ischemia can lead to a heart attack.  I believe that inferior ischema is the bottom part of the heart.  If stress is causing this, you will need to be extremely careful to avoid stress as much as you can.  Are you getting enough B vitamins from your food?  B vitamins really help with stress (it is amazing how much they help).  I can really feel the difference when I take a B stress vitamin complex.  Stress is very hard on ones heart.  Too much adreneline is not a good thing.  It raises blood pressure and heart rate making the heart work a lot harder.   Are you taking anything to thin your blood?  If not, you should ask about low dose 81mg aspirin daily.  Aspirin can help prevent heart attacks.   You are lucky you did not have a stroke with blood pressure that high.  Take care of yourself and avoid stress as much as possible.
