New pacemaker

Has anyone experienced diaphragm movement after pacemaker surgery?

Is looks like the pacemaker is pacing the diaphragm.

Is this something that happens right after surgery?

Mine did not start right after surgery...it started after some adjustments were made on one of my visits back for interrogation.  Tell them what is happening.  They can adjust the pacemaker so it doesn't happen..they do not have to go back in surgically to do it.

I had mine re-adjusted as much as possible, considering I have one of the recalled leads.  I only have the pacing now once in awhile when I lay in just the right position on my left side.  Before it was happening all the time.

Thanks for your response.
They came in his room and adjusted to voltage.  He is fine now.

What an amazing device.  His heart rate was 30 bpm and after the implant it is 70 bpm.
