Normal Response?

by Liadin, Jul 11, 2007 11:16AM
Hello,
I had a Persantine/Cardiolite test recently, and am still awaiting the results.  I had a syncope episode recently when riding a bike, upon stopping to rest I passed out.  This has happened since I was a child.. for some reason during strenous exercise I can get very dizzy, and pass out.

During the test my blood pressure (which is usually within normal limits) went from 130 systolic to 100 quite quickly.  (I was glad I was lying down).  I wasn't sure if this was normal, or a response from the persantine... and was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on this?

Thanks!
