Not Really a question

Thank goodness for this forum.  I've been dealing with PVC's off and on for some time and it's a great relief to read your story's when I'm trying to relax during an episode.  I thought I was the only one having these things regularly.  My fear turns to panic in a very frightening cycle.  I end up in the emergency room where they don't seem to be able to pick up the PVC's and I end up leaving hours later with my benign but frightening condition.  At least I  get some relief from their reassurance that I'm OK.  I had the cardio beeper for 30 days and it seemed to actually calm me down.  I reported dozens of PVC's but upon review, my cardiologist assures me it's nothing serious.

I'm going to try to go to bed now, as being tired seems to aggravate the condition and rest makes them go away.

I'm consuming too much caffeine (I suspect someone with this condition should cut it all out).

I also relate these PVC's to eating and my lap band but am unsure if they contribute to the episodes.

This discussion is related to problems with palpitations?.
