Now back with mobitz type 1 and 2 and mild sleep apnea

Hi Doctor,

I posted here wayback 2010 with Mobitz type II and had my anual check up including nuclear mpi

Nuclear mpi done last feb and result came out normal

My doctor requested for sleep study and 24 hour holter and i will post the result below. Im concerned becuase my cardio and neuro are telling me that im having panic attacks.

mild sleep apnea ruled out

and holter result

Basic Rhythm is sinus. Heart rate ranged from 25 bpm to 181 bpm. with an average of 59 bpm
Intermittent second degree AV Block Mobitz type I and II
No intraventricular conduction defect
no premature atrial complexes
Low frequency premature ventricular complexes ocurring singly
no significat st segment shifts
no reported symptoms

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Therapy for Intermittent second degree AV Block Mobitz type I and II, is based on the presence of ischemia and the likelihood of complete block. If there is evidence, then pacemaker implantation may be considered. You will need constant follow to detect complications like ischemia and complete block.
