Nuclear Stress Test Results

Nuclear Test Portion of test is where I have my questions.
Impression:  Myocardial perfusion imaging shows normal tracer uptake on the resting images.  Stress images show a new small midly revesible defect in teh anterior wall.  This appears consistent with a small amount of anterior reversible ischemia.  However, shifting soft tissue/breast attenuation cannot be excluded.  Gated analysis shows normal systolic function and wall motion with ejection fraction of 66%.

Conclusion:  Abnormal perfusion study consistent with a small amount of anterior revesible ischemia.  Normal left ventricular systolic funtions.

Now if I can just get someone to explain this in layman's term that I can understand.

Most of your questions were answered on your other post except "shifting soft tissue/breast attenuation cannot be excluded".  Meaning there may have been some interference with an EKG (electrical signal) that monitors vital signs, etc. during the stress test.  Without further information and relaying on the information posted, I believe it relates to ischemia.
