Nuclear stress test tersults

Findings : Stress LV EF is 60% Stress EDV is 80mL and ESV 32mL Impression: Anterior wall ischema. Anterior apical wall infarct. No segmented wall motion abnormalities. What does this mean? Had two stents 2 years ago. I am thinking asking for heart cath? Dr. put me on Plavix after this. Going back in a week to ask follow up questions.

In basic terms, it states that the left front of your heart has had a heart attack at some time. What it doesn't state is 'reversible ischemia' unless you omitted that part. If it says reversible, then stents could be an option.

Thank you.  No it was written as posted.  going back in today for clarification and to see if heart cath should be taken in addition to Plavix.  I had two stents placed in May of 2012 but there was no mention of and event.  So if this was after I may still have issues
