Numbness in leg.

I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my right leg with a lot of pain in my right groin. The pain generally begins after I go to bed at night and can last all night and into the next morning.  This generally follows with numbness in that leg.  I am also having numbness on the top portion of my left arm.  Today I am also experiencing numbness in my left cheek.  
In addition I also have pain under my right sholder blade.  This pain may range from dull to extreem but unlike the leg pain is always present. Many times this pain radiates down to my right wrist.  
I would appreciate any advice that you can give me.
