Occasional heart flutter, slight faintness, breathlessness

by Sylvia235, Apr 28, 2008 02:53PM
Hi, I hope someone recognizes what I am about to describe. I have had a couple of cases of heart flutter lately, almost causing me to panic. I am regularly out of breath when carrying out light chores. The weirdest symptom - one that I have trouble describing - is that I get this bizarre weak feeling in my body and head. It's almost as if it gets just a bit more intense it will force me to sit down. I have no idea what it is, but I've been feeling this on and off for about 8 months now. I am worried and I want to do whatever has to be done to control or elimate this, but I can't even put a name to it when I see my doctor. I had my annual check-up 4 months ago and all was well. I am 45 years old, not overweight, non-smoker, non-drinker, in relatively good shape (or so I thought). I used to jog regularly but now I don't have the stamina to go faster than a moderate-to-fast walk on my treadmill. Thank you for taking the time to answer!

The below Comment sounds exactly like what I am experiencing -- but I can't find the answer to the post.!
