Opinion on my problem

I am a 22 year old college student that has had some recent cardiac problems. In January I started having a few dizzy spells, tachycardia around 100-110 BPM, and PVC's. I went to the hospital and had an array of tests done such as a ecg, chest x ray, exercise stress test, holter monitor, and "bubble" test. The bubble test showed air bubbles in the wrong area of my heart, the cardiologists suspected I had a hole in my heart. I had a TEE and nuclear dye scan to look for the hole but they could never find it. Now my heart rate is fairly normal at 75-85 BPM (or a little higher). Still have the PVC's and other odd heart patterns. I also have muscle spasms in all different spots on my body (kinda weird) and I have recently noticed a pressure and gurgling sound in my heart/lungs/esophagus ( I really cant tell ). The gurgles happen pretty often now and sometimes they are just annoying. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could have or what could help. I was told I was fairly fine minus the arrythmia. I was not put on any medication or giving any restrictions. I am a nutrition major at my university so my diet is pretty clean and I dont smoke, drink, or really anything "bad" for me. Any advice or discussion is appreciated, thanks.
