PFO and Tricuspid Regurg

Hello!
I am a 25 year old female. last year a went to an urgent care center for a sinus infection where a new PA
enlighting me with the fact I have a heart murmur. Which sent me into a horrid anxiety period I am still dealing with.
They told me it was not a big deal not to worry... with in the month I had a second opinion, a trip to the ER which included a normal ekg and normal cat scan of the chest, and an echo which revealed a tricuspid regurg trace to minimal. she told me not to worry just have a repeat echo every year or two.
One year later -last month- I had a repeat echo with a new dr due to insurance changes.
New tech tells me (while performing the echo) there might be evidence of a PFO and a mild heart murmur.
When the nurse calls me to tell me about the report she did not mention anything of the PFO said its was not in the report it was all normal besides the trace regurg same as last year.
Should I worry about the PFO have a bubble test? Thats what the tech told me the Dr might order but
from reading around here they dont do anything about it anyway so maybe I'm better off not knowing!
I have bad aniexty like I mention earlier and this has changed my life style considerable.
I cant think about anything else and god forbid my heart race or flutter.
Thanks for listening to me! and all comments are welcomed!

Hi,
I can understand your anziety, but please relax.  I had a murmur detected whaen I was your age, no pain, no prolems and was surprised to find out.  I loved to jog, and jogged two three miles every day, and was concerned at to whether I should continue.
I was in structed to have an echo every few years, and continue doing waht I weas doing.

I am noiw 77 years old, and run 6-8 Miles in an hour on the treadmill  at the gym.  I must hold on to the handles to protect my joints, but the young fellows can't believe what I am doing.

The murmur has gotten worse over the years, going from mild, to moderate to severe now. My cardiologist said as long as I don't have any sympotonss not to worry. I never have, so why start now, and as for you, I wish I was 25 years old again, , it has been fun, and I would like ot do it all over agaiin!!
