Ms. tnt406--I am a 74 yr. old gentleman that has had your same problem for about 6 yrs. I have had heart disease for 35yrs. Bypass surgeries, TMR operation last fall. The whole bit. If I bend over longer than 10sec. it feels like my head will explode. I straighten up and it eventually goes away. I go to bed at night and in 2 hrs the head is full of pressure and it hurts. I sleep in lounge chair a lot. My cardiologist stopped and restarted each of my medicines and nothing helps. I went to 2 Neurologists and they tried different stuff. No Help.
In 1998, they did a heart cather on me, and two hrs later tried to open 2 blocked arteries to no avail. About 24 hrs later I had a seizure.  I have never had another one but I take dilantin each day. Neurologist tried several medicines, nothing helps. I live with it. I have taken test after test after test and nothing helps. Family dr. thought it was my sinues and I took $100 or so of medicine for nothing. I haven't had a good nights sleep for 6 yrs. You ever tried Nitro-Patch? It helped me at one time but this TMR operation (punched 27 holes in my heart muscle)seems to be helping my heart pain. New vessels hopefully are forming. Mam, I worry more about my heart than I do my head. Let your husband do the work.  If you want to ask me questions, just email ***@****. Am in Nebr. now but will leave for AZ in about one month. Good Luck

Hi, I have the same pressure when I bend over, headache after, confused feeling, and lethargy.  When I stand backup straight I get really lightheaded and tachy.  I know I have severe POTS (Parasympathetic and sympathetic responses were severe).  I also have low protein s that causes clots. I normally have a low bp 105/60 or lower and a pulse over 90 generally.  Recently I was put on Metadate to help POTS symptoms but I think that is when I noticed the headache happening and pressure in head when bending over.  My puls is more irratic now, but my BP is up to normal folks level and higher sometimes.  Try a tilt table test both for Orhthostatic intolerance.   My Bp dropped frombaseline 97/50 (supine0 with 66bpm to 89/51 at two min and 108bpm, 89/45 at 5min,(110bpm) and 68/15 at 10 min and puls 0f 120 at 13min they took me down to supine level  and I regained conscness

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
tnt,

It is exceedingly rare for a 33 yo woman to have a myocardial infarction.  It means that you are an atypical case, which makes it hard to tell you much of anything.

If you were coming to see me in clinic I would look at your blood pressure, do a careful vascular exam, and try to understand your symptoms better before ordering any further test.

I would also be interested in your thyroid condition and make sure that it wasnt responsible or related to your condition.

Sorry to not be of more help.
