PSVT How does it just come about?

I have PSVT and I am now 25 have had this problem since I got pregnant with my first child at 20 it just snuck up on me I was over all healthy and had no problems I am pregnant with my second child and some times my rates hit 280-315 that scares me This cant possibly be safe for my baby. and they are limited to what I can have becouse of the pregnancy no beta blockers my bp runs so low they are lost on what to do wime and Im more lost cause with my first i didnt have low bp ny lowest bp in the hospital was 55/33 and I was awake. oddly enough they were surprised and told me to take it ez try not to get it up but i have a 4 years old now and am pregnant and all I wanna do is sleep with the anemia that ive developoed seriously does pregnancy have to be this complicated?I want another baby after this but I dont wanna die trying ! so can this just go away like as fast as it came about?
