PUMPING RATE AT 31%

I have recently been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, the cardiologist said the heart pumping has dropped from 65% to 31% in less than 1 1/2 years.  My blood pressure is normally 165 to 220 over 110 to 135, I also have uncontrolable diabetes (ranging from 225 to over 310, I am on insulin (70/30) twice a day in the am 50 units - evening 45 units.  I am constantly tired, when I go up and down the steps in my office I have to take a break.  I am always short of breath, cannot walk very far (maybe 2 blocks) without stopping. I am taking a lot of prescriptions including fluid pills, and I still retain fluid.  My doctor has told me I will not be around for over a year and a half.  My weight is 233 lbs. and I am 5'11".  I would like to have a second opinion and possibly visit your Clinic.  Thank you for any information that you can give me.  My e-mail address is ***@**** or home address 210 Spruce St  Martinsburg, WV  25401.  Work telephone number is 304-267-4893 (mon thru fri 9am till 5pm)
Thank You Again,
     Ken
