PV Borderline short / Queston of a delta wave ?

I was at the Mayo Clinic still trying to figure out my heart symptoms , they said that it was from anxiety and stress I got the report back a few days ago and I saw some things that raised a concern :

"one past ecg shows a sinus tachycardia with incomplete right bundle and nonspecific anteroseptal ST and T wave changs with some ST depression and conversion in the anteroseptal leads. A previous ECG obtained a year ago showed no the anteroseptal ST and T wave changes. His rate at the time of his last ECG was 115. His previous ECG showed a rate of 77. Gus Q-T intervals were normal."

"My PR interval is borderline short. There is a queston of a Delta wave in the anterseptal leads. "

Then he goes on to say he will have another doctor reviews these as well, and that the patients symptoms are consistent with anxeity. I am 19 years old and I have high BP ,and I am on Atenol 100mg twice a day because I was having fast heart rate episodes every night that wouldn't go away and skipped beats. Those have went away since. I also have A "systolic murmur short grade 1-2 that may be a flow murmur" I know I have a murmur but I dont understand that...?

Please anyone knows what these things mean and if they could be Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome ...?, please help me

First of all I am not a doctor, but from what I've read and from my own heart trouble, I think that this questionable delta wave may be that the doctor is uncertain if there is an extra electrical pathway that is causing the sinus tachycardia. The tachycardia is a fancy word for a fast heart that exceeds 100 beats per minute, and wolfe-parkinson white syndrome is a fancy term used for the extra electrical pathway. Only like 1 in every 1,000 people actually have this condition. Most people can live with it unless it becomes too uncomfortable and it begins to severly interrupt daily activities. In those cases a catheter abalation is done to destroy the extra pathway that is causing the problem. If you had this condition, I would imagine that you would have been told by now. I am becoming concerned though about how many people are being told they have anxiety. Maybe a lot of people do have anxiety, but it could be that doctors are using that when they simply don't know what else to say. It's very frustrating. Sorry you're having these problems. I hope you feel better soon. Don't know if I helped any, but I mean well anyway.

thank you very much , I agree with too many people being told its anxiety whenever they have heart problems and is why I am pushing this to mulitple doctors. Thank you.
