And as you have read here several times, see a psychiatrist (preferably) or a family counselor about dealing with irrational, obsessive thoughts concerning your health.

Often it seems that people would far rather have a lethal disease than an emotional problem treatable by a few sessions with a mental health counselor.  That is sad.

You think about your healthy far too much for someone your age. If you don't get your anxiety under control soon it will only continue to get worse and worse. Also don't believe everything you read online regarding health. Yes, there is plenty of good information out there, but you have to shift through lots of b.s before you find it. Especially when it comes to things like arrhythmia. You need to just go out and have fun and live your life. Exercise daily, meet people and enjoy your youth.

I agree with the others. I've had various arrhythmias (PVCs, PACs and atrial tachycardia up to almost 200 bpm) all my life. I'm 60 now and doing just fine. I like to think of my PVCs and PACs as heart hiccups. That's how it feels. And they're just as benign as the annoying regular hiccups. The tachy I have is harmless but quite uncomfortable at times. Oh well. Still, I'm old, I've raised 3 kids, traveled all over the US and have worked with wildlife for over 22 years. That's not the life of an invalid.

Get mad at your heart hiccups but don't be afraid of them. Go out and have some fun.

Have you considered challenging your devilish PVC's?

As erijon suggests, I think everyone walking on the sunny side of the earth has PVC's.  I've had them all my life.  My father was a country doctor and would tell patients the best thing to do with PVC's was to dance to the beat, and would feel his pulse and start the dance according to his PVC beat to give them a start.   He did pass, and we miss him, but he lived to 89 years, died of cancer, but his heart was still strong.

A good challenge would be to ignore the PVC's, live an active life of 16 year olds.  Look for love, adventure and study, and after a year reconsider your obsession with goofy heartbeats.  I'll say this, dangerous heart conditions simply floor you, you don't have to worry and fret.

There is nothing more anyone here can tell you that we haven't already said. What you have is normal. I've had PVC's since I was a small child and I'm still alive and kicking at 55. There is nothing special or alarming about what you are feeling. Many people have tens of thousands a day and are just fine. They are not dangerous if you have them every other beat if your heart is otherwise healthy, all of which we've told you before. They become worse when you obsess over them. The more your anxiety gets worked up, the worse they become.

You keep posting the same questions over and over. We are happy to help but when you keep asking again and again it makes it seem like you need professional help with your anxiety. To be frank, people with anxiety levels such as yours should be working with a doctor to get the anxiety under control and not looking for answers from strangers on the Internet.
