PVC'S and recovery from there influence

Hello Doctor
When I was 21 (I'M 42 now) I noticed my heart every now and then beat odd. Well time passed and the odd beats kept occuring. After a few (undiagnosed) years a phobia of the
odd heartbeats set in. As a result of this phobia ( from as I learned later PVC's ) I found myself in different ER's around town In a state of panic after having as few as 1 hard PVC.
Well I finally went to see a Doctor and had ekg's, stress tests and holter moniters.  All the results indicated there was no need for concern. I had no other problems Than the PVC's. Well
I should have been able to dismiss the fear as unnessary and get on with life. I never could!  Now I am afraid to do much or drive past the citys edge. The last 21 years of
living with the fear of death from PVC's have taken me to the point of unfulfilled and physicaly exhausted daily life. And now there seems to be a new fear. I have had so many
intense panic attacks I fear them almost as much as I origionaly did the PVC's. I'm sorry this is so long but I don't know how to tell you this any shorter. I have a wife and two children who need
a husband and dad not living in such a state as this. How do I help myself get of this mess?   A very heartfelt thanks   Joe..
