PVC's & Anxiety

I had to have major surgery in 06, I was 29 and had a partial hystorectomy. The day before I had a major anxiety attack and went to the ER. They did a EKG and said my heart was fine I just had anxiety. I went to the hospital probably 2 other times, getting the same test, and having no issues other than anxiety. About a year ago I was on a weight management program, wasn't too over weight but I lost 30 lbs taking diet pills perscribed by a doctor. They did a EKG and said I have PVC's but not to worry it was not a bad thing. So I said are the pills causing this or smoking. I smoke but not much.. maybe 3-6 ciggies a day, or if I am out it might be more. He said no, as well knew about my anxiety and my sleeping issue. I never knew the 2 could be related. Sometimes I can breathe through my anxiety attacks and sometimes I have to take something asap or I feel like I am either going to pass out or throw up, which makes things worse because throwing up is my biggest fear. I freak out when I am sick, or when anyone around me is sick. It is really hard for me, I hate it and it is embarrasing. But it is my fear. So I am wondering, is there a cure for this other than anxiety meds. I know I need to quit smoking, however I just didn't think it was causing the problem. Sometimes the PVC just makes me catch my breathe, and sometimes it makes my chest hurt. I don't know if that is the anxiety causing the PVC, or just the really strange feeling you get with the PVC that causes the anxiety. All I know is if it happens at work I have to leave work because I freak out. It scares the **** out of me. I take lorazopan when I have anxiety. Oddly enough, since my surgery I have had to take something to sleep because no matter what I do I could not sleep. My mind would just race and race.. And about 3 months ago I heard that a all natural pill called Calotren helps people with sleeping problems. Mind you I have taken everything under the sun to sleep and I quicky get ammune (immune) to them. Lorazopan is the only thing that has continued to work. Sorry to get off track. 3 months ago I started taking Calotren and I have not had to take anything to go to sleep or stay asleep. Actually maybe 3 times in the last 3 months. Probably a mind over matter thing. Who knows. All I know is I want a cure for this anxiety and this feeling like I am going to pass out or vomit and the feeling that my chest is about to colapse from the pressure and the pain. It makes me feel so stupid when it happens and the people around me have no clue what I am going through and they think I am over dramatizing everything. Maybe I just need a family of PVC's and anxiety people to feel better about myself. Thanks to whoever reads this.
