PVC's/PAC's - Bigeminy with Anxiety/Panic.

I've had panic attacks in general within past months... I've occaisionaly had brief periods of bigeminy/trigeminy.

Sometimes, while this is happening I will remain calm and other times I will panic.

Has anyone else panicked during an episode of bigeminy/trigeminy?
I feel my blood pressure rise and it just makes it that much harder to calm down and remain calm.

If you've experienced this - have you specifically asked your doctor if it made any difference(as long as your heart structure is ok) - if you panic or blood pressure spikes/rises?

I always fear that I will have a heart attack - even though I've been told that arythmia and heart attack are two different things... Or that it will cause damage to my heart... Or that the bigeminy will evolve in to a harmful arrythmia if I don't calm down. Typically, they say to ignore the sensations and continue activity's as normal. I've been able to do pretty well with the single PVC's or periodic ones, but the bigeminy scares the **** out of me.
