It is very possible that your pain can be brought on by anxiety. It sounds like you have had enough tests to rule out your heart. What does your doctor say about it?
I have experienced heart anxiety in the past and I know that I could start an episode of PVCs and chest pain very easily. Like you, I had gone through many tests including 2 ThalliumThallium and sestamibi stress tests stress tests, both negative, 3 echos, all normalNormal saline flush and many EKGsAtrioventricular block, ekg tracing Ecg Exercise stress test before the problem was diagnosed as a bad gallbladder, once it was removed the pain went away and the anxiety attacks stopped as well, never had that "first" pain to start my mind off.
You should talk to your doctor about these attacks and see if he can offer you any treatment. Having said all that, don't ignore your chest pain, if you have it along with the other major symptoms like shortness of breath, excessive sweating or nausea you should get it checked out right away.
