I totally know what your feeling. When I have little flutters (I Think PAC's), its not too bad...when I have PVC's, I been getting pain that radiates into the neck but only lasts a few seconds. Its scary for sure. But PVC's can cause some minor pain and if it dont last for more than a few seconds, theres nothing anybody can really do.
I also get pain in my jaw at times too, but I also grind the heck outta my teeth due to stress and anxiety, needless to say...PVC's dont help. I get far more PAC's and PVC's when I'm thinking about them, drinking caffeine, or getting excited. I have some really bad days, and I have some good ones...I just try to move on and ignore them. I do have an appointment with an EP in May and I hope that I can get the bulk of my questions answered, I'll be sure to share once I go! :)
Best Wishes, and keep on working out....I have PVC's when i work out and it scares me, but being overweight all my life and having clogged arteries is worse.
Best Wishes!
I've had them for a long time. They come on during exercise when I have them. This is because your nervous system ramps up and causes the irritable tissue in your heart to fire and mess the natural pacemaker up. I know it sounds ridiculous when people tell you it will be OK, but its true. A deadly arrhythmia comes on without notice. Even if this happens to us, it is an extremely peaceful way to go and I would not worry about it. It wont happen to you. God is testing your strength. We will all be chock full of character when we're 95 !
