does anyone know if PVC and STV go away by itself??? I just cant see my whole life living this way.....
Hello,
This is Muhammad Mohsin from pakistan karcahi
I also have the problem of PVCs, when pvcs occurs I feel someone give punch in center of my chest and all of my body went down, it started when i was doing body building in 2002 or 2001 not sure. I didn't know about pvcs till Apr, 2012, I just consider it as i have heart disease but when dr checked it and holter monitoring and Echo result shows normal (Alhamdulillah) dr says don't think about it , but i am really feeling when it occurs , I think it occurse due to my stomach problem gastric, please response
hope you find some good information that helps you! also if like to add i was wrong about the iron definciency, it is actually magnesium and potassium. they both are needed to maintain a more regular heart beat, not saying it coul dbe your case but a banana here and there always eases my mind =]
Thank you both so much for your responses! I did have an Echo back in January which was completely normal. I don't have high bp or high cholesterol. The funny thing is I didn't even know I was having them until I seen them on the heart monitor!
Thanks so much for the link about the reflux and PVC's, i'm definitely going to read every word of it.
Thanks again!
there is alos a really good forum on here about heart related issues and gas/acid reflux

i would read this entire feed. one of the comments about half way down has a really good explanation about what could be happening to you. i just discovered this feed and it blew my mind at how many people feel the same way i do. dont mind it being about Atrial fibrillation there are alot of comments further down that might ease your mind about having acid reflux and what it can do to your heart!
ive suffered from pvcs and couplets for years also im a 24 yr old male with a history of SVT. and i would get them over n over n over. docs shrugged them all off and pretty much said the same thing that i was okay. i was told a potassium and iron deficiency could also cause them by my cardiologist. never the less getting yourself worked up about it will make it feel worse! everybody gets PVCs but most people dont even realize it bc its just simply not on their minds.
stay calm and healthy!!

Hi Colleen,
Nice to meet you and sorry you are dealing with this! I have been suffereing with PVCs for about 2 years now and they rocked my world. Very scary and very hard to deal with. I had a 6 beat run and even the docs shrugged that off. They are not that worried because I've had normal test results. Even told me to have a nice life.
Seems these are not abnormal, my cardio told me that only very few holter monitors have ever come back with NO PVCs. Its just part of normal heart rhythm. You are just fine and you need to find peace with it. I know, easier said then done.
Have you been to a cardio to get a full work up? Just for peace of mind?
