hey i have more pac than pvc, there hard to tell the difference, mine feel like flutters big one and small ones at times, i have many in a roll they are with me now been here for 9 weeks now, some times i have a flutter than a hard beat or it feels like my heart is termering they are all strange to me . i know i have pac wore a 24 hr heart montor, if you have not been checked out you need to do so just for a peace of mind, ive had them 23 years and they still scare me so about once a year when they are really bad i go wear a montor just to make sure nothing change and lucky for me always same old thing. hope you have a great day and palp free.

99 and 44/100%  of the time person cannot know for certain what, if anything, they are experienceing unless it's shown on a monitor.
In the presence of a structurally normal heart both are harmless.
