Pacemaker question

I am 54 and recently got a pacemaker for an AV block ... several second pauses.  I have had these for probably 20 years, though very erradically and rarely.  Recently they have been more frequent and mine was caught with an event monitor.  Much of my adult life I have also had thousands of PACs.  I can feel them, unlike many people.  I continue to have them even with the pacemaker, though no pauses thankfully.  My pacemaker is set at 60 (low) and 130 (high).  Should I worry about these PACs or just relax and get on with things?  Thanks, Kansan

If you can forget about them, that would be great, however, if they continue to cause you significant symptoms, you could consider suppressive therapy with various antiarrhythmic agents (these are safe now that you have a pacemaker because they won't cause any pauses).  Furthermore, if they persist  despite medical therapy and are amenable to ablation, that's also something to think about down the road.
