Pain in Neck and left side of body

I am a 28 year old female and over the last two months I have noticed something is happening with the left side of my body. It started with a tingling and numbing pain in my left arm and chest,. Now I find that I get a pain in the left side of my neck that helps if I put pressure on it. The left side of my body also falls alseep every night. I find the the strange tingling and numbing in my left arm and the pain in my neck is happening a couple of times a week now. Has anyone had any of these symptoms? Please help...Thanks
